Business Impact
1. Guide the team in adhering to operational standards and practices throughout sales and delivery processes.
2. Coordinate activities across Microsoft and customer groups to meet defined objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Monitor the team's approach to managing business and technical risks, applying governance principles to identify, communicate, and reduce such risks.
4. Ensure work aligns with industry and Microsoft procedures.
5. Prioritize tasks according to business needs and organizational goals.
Customer Centricity
1. Support the team in delivering efficient services and a consistent customer experience.
2. Use customer and partner feedback to understand success conditions.
3. Address customer risks and challenges, handle confidence calls, and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, value realization, and adoption of AI and cloud solutions.
4. Facilitate the exchange of customer insights with engineering teams to inform product development.
Technical Leadership
1. Identify gaps during delivery, communicate findings to stakeholders, and support scalable improvements.
2. Provide subject matter expertise and contribute to global internal communities.
3. Advise the team on industry best practices and represent Microsoft solutions through presentations and community engagement.
Qualifications (Text Only)
Required/minimum qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
* 3+ years people management experience managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.
Additional or preferred qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields with 8+ or 12+ years experience, respectively, in related areas.
* 6+ years experience in customer-facing roles and leading technical projects or teams.
* Technical certifications in Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google) or security.
* 5+ years people management experience managing teams or managers.
