About us

Professional Wind Services specialises in providing the installation and maintenance of wind turbines across Australia. Our head office is based in Millicent, South Australia with a small, but close-knit team, employing over 100 employees Australia wide.

About the role

Working out of our Millicent office, as PWS' Contracts Administrator, you will provide critical support by managing and administering contracts throughout the entire wind farm project lifecycle.

You will ensure project quality, accurate costing and profitability while proactively mitigating financial and contractual risks.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure all contractual, documentation and reporting requirements for projects are fulfilled accurately and on time
* Provide support to the Project Estimator in the tender process where required
* Review and track changes for pending and ongoing contracts
* Evaluate work orders, scopes of work and accurate delivery
* Manage the submission of variations, extensions of time (EOT), and claims for additional payments
* Submit project related invoices for approval and payment
* Conduct regular reviews of material and labour costs
* Provide general support to the project team, finance team and site team as required
* Draft invoice claims as per client requirements
* Monitor and report on project financial forecasts, actual expenditures and profit/loss
* Administer contract finalisation processes

What we are looking for

* 2 to 5 years experience in contract and project administration, preferably within the building sector, or wind industry (highly desirable)
* Demonstrated proficiency with Project Management software, plus proficiency in Microsoft suite
* Strong financial analysis skills combined with an administrative focus and effective negotiation abilities
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Possess an aptitude for prioritising tasks, meeting strict deadlines, and strong time management capabilities
* A formal qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business is highly regarded
