With a strong reputation built over four decades and as a purpose-driven organisation, we operate with a clear philosophy: we do not provide any service that isn't good enough for our own families. Our work is grounded in respect, integrity, commitment, and genuine partnerships with the individuals and communities we support.

Role Summary

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Support Workers in Bunbury to support clients living in St Jude's accommodation services and within the community. You will build positive and professional relationships while assisting individuals to achieve their NDIS goals, increase independence and actively participate in daily life. This role involves providing person-centred support to people with disability and/or psychosocial needs, including assistance with daily living tasks, community access and skill development in line with individual support plans.

Skills, Attributes and Experience

The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering person-centred care that respects each client's choices and goals. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive, meaningful relationships with clients. You will work collaboratively with fellow colleagues and your Coordinator to maintain accurate progress notes and reports, contribute to individualised support plans and problem‐solve effectively.
