This role requires a technically sound and adaptable individual, whose responsibilities will include but are not limited to;•Preparing statutory accounts for various entities•Assisting in the implementation of new accounting standards•Liaising with and managing all internal and external audit activities•Identifying and managing continual process improvement•Acting as a second in charge to support the Group Controller in the development and coaching of team•Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with all technical reporting requirements•Ad-hoc duties as requiredAbout YOU!To be considered for this position you will require 3-5 years of technical accounting and financial statements preparation experience, ideally in a large organisation.•CA or CPA qualified•Will operate with a continuous improvement mentality.•Has a 'hands on' work ethos and is comfortable working in the detail.•Strong technical accounting knowledge around the preparation of financial reports•Prior leadership or management experience is essentialThe Benefits•Circa.
