Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
· Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous manner.
· Take accurate messages following office protocols.
· Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
· Maintain an organized filing system for administrative documents.
· Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms.
· Support various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
