Overview
We are looking for a Post Production Support Specialist (PPSS) to support customers post go‐live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS). The role includes defining new client requirements, configuring and tuning the application, training users, testing workflows, resolving issues, liaising with technical support and product resources, and determining optimal configuration. Candidates should have 5‐10+ years of experience in the financial industry, ideally from a consultancy or software vendor, with strong experience in front, middle or back office investment management systems.

Responsibilities
* Maintain strong industry knowledge across multiple asset classes.
* Navigate the CRD/Alpha ecosystem and build relationships with internal teams.
* Analyze and evaluate requirement issues, providing product expertise and guidance throughout the post go‐live journey.
* Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies and functionality.
* Advise on best practices for implementation and operation of Charles River solutions and services.
* Identify potential enhancements to Charles River solutions and services; document and communicate improvements.
* Maintain a client issues list and status reporting.
* Train users on existing workflows.
* Gather requirements for new asset classes, security types or business lines.
* Document requirements and work with Professional Services to assign resources for deliverables.
* Contribute to software quality by communicating defects to Client Support and Product Management, supporting defect resolution, and suggesting documentation improvements.
Qualifications
* Strong industry knowledge across multiple asset classes.
* 5-10 years of experience implementing or supporting investment management systems.
* Hands‐on experience with front, middle or back office financial solutions.
* Experience with fixed‐income or equity financial instruments, derivatives, FX instruments.
* Technical understanding of multi‐tier architectures, relational databases, SQL, FIX, and reporting tools.
* Excellent customer service record, able to influence decision makers.
* Customer‐driven, teamwork oriented, focused on high‐quality service.
* Effective time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
* Strong problem‐solving and analytical skills.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
* Four‐year degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, computer science or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.
* Travel as required by the customer.
