Marine Business Administrator
We are a dynamic marine retail and mechanical service business seeking an organized and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk and phone-based customer service, managing customer communications, processing part orders, and data entry using POS systems.
You will work closely with our business owners to deliver great service to our loyal customer base, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless experience. Your strong communication skills and ability to learn new systems will be essential in this role.
* Familiarity with social media platforms is highly regarded.

About the Role:
* This is a permanent position, working 4-5 days per week with standard business hours.
* Occasional Saturday overtime may be required during peak season.
