Working as part of a collaborative team, you will provide first and second-level technical support across a range of hardware, software, and business applications while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in person. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues. Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests. Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities. Maintain accurate IT documentation and support records. Escalate complex issues when required and work closely with external vendors. Support IT projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. About You Experience in an IT Support / Helpdesk role. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting Entra ID (Azure AD), user and access management. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments. Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and end-user devices. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
