Asset Optimization Specialist
Oversee the efficient management and control of assets across multiple project sites.
* Coordinate asset movement, deployment, and storage to maximize utilization.
* Maintain comprehensive asset registers and monitor condition, utilization, and maintenance schedules.
* Procure and manage maintenance and repair services for company assets in collaboration with operations teams.
* Analyze asset performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
* Provide regular reports to management on asset utilization, maintenance, and replacement planning.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in logistics or asset management role, ideally within construction, civil engineering, or transport industries.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, with ability to maintain detailed records and generate insightful performance reports.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to liaise effectively with operational teams.
* Proficiency in using asset management software and technologies.
