The firm
Our client is a growing multi-practice firm with a strong client base across family law and general legal services. With annual collections of approximately $2.5m and an expanding team, the firm is well positioned for continued growth.
The culture is hands-on, performance-driven and supportive, with a focus on delivering strong client outcomes while maintaining a practical and commercial approach.
The role
This is a senior position combining legal practice with operational leadership.
Working closely with the Principal, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the firm while maintaining your own high-value caseload.
The role will involve oversight of workflow and file progression across all practice areas, mentoring and managing lawyers, and ensuring a high standard of client service and responsiveness.
You will also play a key role in driving firm performance, profitability, and team development.
What we need
You will be a senior lawyer with at least 7+ years' PQE and a background in a recognised practice.
You should be capable of operating autonomously and leading others, with strong delegation, communication, and organisational skills.
This role will suit a commercially aware lawyer who is motivated by responsibility, leadership, and performance.
You will be calm under pressure, decisive, and comfortable managing both clients and internal team dynamics.
