Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate for this unique role will possess:
* Previous experience in a Bartending role in a premium setting
* Proven ability to successfully deliver a premium guest experience and a consistent sequence of service
* Strong interpersonal skills and presentation
* Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week
* Holds a Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate

Remuneration expectations are casual rates as per the Restaurant Industry Award.
