As our project pipeline continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can lead teams, drive performance and deliver projects with discipline, urgency and ownership.
This role suits someone who takes pride in running disciplined, well-controlled and well-executed projects. This is a delivery leadership role, not a desk-only coordination role .
The Role
Reporting directly to Senior Management, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of civil construction projects, from planning through to completion.
You will lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, manage commercial performance and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to specification.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, solves problems early, and drives accountability across every stage of delivery.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
● Managing end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure projects across Australia
● Leading project teams with clear expectations, accountability and strong communication
● Delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and to specification
● Managing project programs, forecasting, budgets, procurement and scheduling
● Coordinating subcontractors, labour, plant and suppliers to maintain delivery momentum
● Monitoring project performance and implementing corrective action where required
● Managing project risks, variations and commercial outcomes
● Maintaining strong communication between site and office operations
● Building trusted relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
● Leading project meetings and providing accurate reporting and updates
● Ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental and quality standards
● Supporting profitable project outcomes through disciplined project management
● Driving a culture of accountability, ownership and high performance across the workforce
About You
You are a driven and experienced Project Manager, who leads from the front.
You understand the realities of civil construction delivery in demanding environments, and know how to maintain standards under pressure.
You are commercially aware, operationally disciplined, and capable of holding teams accountable while maintaining strong working relationships.
You communicate early, close the loop and take ownership of outcomes.

● Proven experience delivering civil construction projects in Australia
● Experience across telecommunications, renewable energy, utilities or infrastructure projects highly regarded
● Strong leadership capability with the ability to drive team performance
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
● Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting, forecasting and project controls
● Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing control of delivery
● Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
● Experience using project management and reporting systems

Qualifications and Licenses
● Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
● 3–5+ years’ Project Management experience in Civil Construction, Infrastructure or related project delivery
● Current Driver License
● White Card
