Job Description The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for, but not limited to: Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive financial transformation initiatives.
Develop and implement financial models to analyse business scenarios and outcomes.
Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
Identify and mitigate financial risks to support organisational stability.
Present board packs to the SLT team Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
Monitor and evaluate financial performance against strategic goals.
Assist with Finance Transformation activities as the organisation goes through a system upgrade.
Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partner should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
CA/CPA or equivalent - qualified.
Experience within a large corporate or big-4/mid-tier background preferred.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills preferred.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
Experience with financial systems and process improvement initiatives.
A solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
