Currently we are on the look out for a HR Associate to join our team in a 12 month fixed term contract. Recent HR graduates are encouraged to apply
Key responsibilities for this role include:
* Provide HR support to the HR Team as required (eg ER, training & development, recruitment and other administrative tasks);
* Support the execution of HR operational activities and people initiatives across the site;
* Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives;
* Support the end to end recruitment process, including phone screening, interviews & on-boarding;
* Support the relationship with external recruitment & labour hire agencies;
* Complete Global HR reports as required by various public/private bodies;
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or similar (graduates are encouraged to apply);
* Strong computer literacy, with HRIS experience (desirable);
* Experienced with Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel;
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills;
* Ability to build effective working relationships;
* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude;
