We are now seeking a dynamic Sales & Project Manager to drive business growth and manage the delivery of large-scale battery energy storage system (BESS) projects in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Sunwoda's presence in the Australian utility-scale energy storage market.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with EPCs, developers, utilities, and renewable energy investors.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, tenders, and contracts for battery energy storage solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain regular engagement throughout project lifecycles.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to shape commercial strategy.
Project Management
• Manage the full project lifecycle from contract award to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with Sunwoda's engineering, procurement, logistics, and technical teams in China and locally to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and quality to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead stakeholder communication — including customers, subcontractors, and internal teams — ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Support after-sales service, warranty management, and client satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in sales and/or project management within the renewable energy, battery storage, or power systems industry.
• Proven track record of securing and managing multi-million-dollar energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of energy storage technologies, grid connection requirements, and Australian energy market dynamics.
• Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills (experience working with Chinese manufacturers or suppliers is an advantage).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
