 
        
        Job Title: Dedicated Client Service Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Care/Admin professional at our hearing clinic in Toowoomba, located in the Medici Medical Centre.
This is a permanent, part-time role working 4 days (32 hours) per week, Tuesday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
As a Client Care Representative, you will provide exceptional service to our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic.
Your key responsibilities will include:
 * Scheduling Management: Manage the appointment schedule for our audiologists ensuring timely and efficient allocation of resources.
 * Client Greeting and Records Update: Greet clients at the clinic and update client records accurately and efficiently.
 * Enquiries and Communication: Assist with client and doctor enquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
 * Phone and Email Support: Answer clinic phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries promptly.
 * Device Servicing and Troubleshooting: Provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum client satisfaction.
 * Billing and Administration: Accurately bill appointments and manage general office duties effectively.
