To Be a Sirv Superhero, You'll Need:
The MUST HAVES:
* A qualification in Aged Care, Disability Support, Individual Support, or Nursing.
* Manual Handling training including hoist transfers
* A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one..
The NICE TO HAVES:
* Prior experience supporting individuals with schizophrenia, Intellectual disabilities and Epilepsy, with complex support needs (highly regarded).
