We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Planner/Scheduler to become a valued part of our team. You will be responsible for planning and coordination of daily port activities and preventative maintenance schedule, work closely with the Operations Manager to support safety, efficiency, and reliability across port activities.
This is a practical role ideal for someone with strong organisation skills who enjoys bringing structure and coordination to a fast-paced industrial environment, making a meaningful difference to how we work.
You will manage operational systems and data, prepare detailed job plans, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate operational and preventative maintenance activities to minimise downtime and optimise resource utilisation.
Manage operational and maintenance systems and data, including maintenance records and compliance registers.
Prepare detailed work packs, including job scopes, resource allocation, and required safety documentation.
Review and close out job orders, capturing lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operations and maintenance activities.
Promote a safety-first culture by embedding risk assessments, safe work procedures, and regulatory compliance in all scheduled work.
