One of Australia's premier military manufacturing facilities is seeking quality boilermakers to work on a variety of common and exotic surfaces.
You will be using MIG and TIG welding methods to a very high degree, working on a variety of different surfaces, including various steels and aluminums to produce various parts for tanks and armored fighting vehicles.
Job Description
* Working alongside machine operators and fitters to create a final product.
* MIG, TIG, and ARC welding methods must be used on a variety of common and exotic surfaces, such as various steels and aluminums.
* Welding is to a very high degree, must be qualified.
* Interpreting and determining appropriate steps in fabrication and assembly from both written plans and an adaptive mindset.
* Conducting regular inspections with regard to safety and functionality of all tools and machinery.
* Set up and use of various welding setups.

* A strong work ethic.
* MUST be experienced in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on various surfaces.
* Reliable team player with a great attitude.
* Must have relevant qualifications.
* Be able to follow safety and OH&S procedures.
* Available Monday-Friday 7:30AM to 4:00PM with the ability to work overtime when required.
