**About the Position**
The Applications Administrator, reporting to the Service Improvement Manager, is a key support role within Bond University's Student Systems and Data team. This team manages the student management system, timetabling system, student portal, and government reporting.
The role involves delivering software solutions to stakeholders, enhancing business processes, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining system operations. Key responsibilities include system configuration, health monitoring, performance tracking, data integration, and reporting.
**About the person**:
You're a proactive IT professional with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment. You bring:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and provide technical advice.
- Solid business analysis and technical writing skills, with a focus on clear documentation.
- Confidence using HRIS and other systems to support decision-making.
**Salary details**:
The salary for the position commences at $96,222.23 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
