Townsville & Suburban Medical Practice (TSMP) is a long-standing family practice located in Cranbrook, Townsville. We deliver a wide range of health care making our practice an exciting place to work. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly team of receptionists, nursing staff and allied health professionals who work closely with an experienced team of general practitioners.
This full-time position will have a fortnightly rotating roster and will include opening and closing of the practice. It would be desirable if the successful candidate has the following skills and attributes:
* Previous experience in general practice and/or medical reception
* Medical Software experience (Best Practice Software or similar)
* Ability to provide efficient, professional and friendly face to face customer service, with a natural enjoyment of working with people
* An immaculate professional presentation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of initiative and the ability to multi-task while remaining calm in a busy general practice
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
* Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
TSMP offers a supportive work environment in a modern workplace. Remuneration is based on \"The Health Professional & Support Services Award 2020\" and will depend on your experience.
