Looking for a hands‐on role where you can learn new skills and grow your career? Join our Eagle Farm team as a Process Worker, with day and afternoon shifts available. In this role, you'll support our machining centre operations by packing aluminium products, loading and lifting materials, and assisting with machine processes. Full training is provided, offering a strong pathway for career progression.

What You'll Do
* Support machining centre operations by packing aluminium products efficiently.
* Load, lift and move materials safely as part of daily production tasks.
* Assist with machine operation processes and general workflow.
* Follow training and safety procedures to maintain a productive work environment.
* Contribute to a strong team culture with opportunities for skill development and career progression.
What We're Looking For
* A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
* Manual handling experience and confidence working with physical, repetitive tasks.
* Comfortable being on your feet all day in a fast‐paced environment.
* Mechanical aptitude or an understanding of basic mechanical processes is highly regarded.
* Machine operation or production line experience is also highly valued.
