Responsibilities
* Manage owner communication and relationships
* Handle trust receipting and rental payments
* Oversee bond administration and compliance
* Coordinate lease renewals end-to-end
* Complete entry, exit, and routine inspections
* Provide clear maintenance recommendations
* Triage and action maintenance requests
* Liaise with trades and maintenance team
* Deliver timely updates to owners and tenants
Qualifications
* Hold a current Certificate of Registration (QLD or VIC)
* Proven experience in Property Management is essential
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with a professional approach
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Hold a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (fuel allowance provided)
