The LIVE Operations team can't get enough of all things live-streaming. From monetisation strategies and LIVE Gifting to the latest content campaigns and product features designed to help creators grow and thrive on platform, the LIVE Operations team are dedicated to creating and maintaining a fun, safe space for all LIVE users. We are looking for a passionate, experienced and talented Social and Production Manager to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. Responsibilities- Lead and implement the content and growth strategies for the TikTok LIVE ANZ brand @tiktoklive_aunz across all owned social channels- Regularly report and proactively act upon performance metrics and data analyses to continuously optimise the overarching social strategy- Develop and execute a creator-centric content strategy and content calendar to drive TikTok LIVE trust and perception, along with community growth and engagement, on all owned social channels- Serve as the LIVE team's production expert, providing expertise and insights on how to best produce A+ livestreams using the platform's suite of in-app LIVE features to internal and external stakeholders- Manage the end-to-end social and production strategies and workflows for all core LIVE content partnerships projects and tentpole events, including briefing talent and producers- Work closely with teammates and cross-functional colleagues to uplift local LIVE creators via serialised content series' and on-platform initiatives
Minimum Qualification - Bachelor's degree or above. 3-5 years of experience in content and social media ;- Strong analytical skills and data-driven. Preferred Qualification - You live and breathe all things TikTok LIVE and the local creator ecosystem - you love TikTok LIVE and LIVE creators as much as we do!- You have a track record of growing, engaging and managing social communities at scale for a global brand - You're an authority across a suite of social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok- You're laser-focused on the details, and only settle for the best when it comes to bringing rich digital content experiences to life online- You're a true creative with an analytical edge; you can take qualitative and quantitative information, then turn it into actionable, strategic insights to exponentially grow a brand/account- You're self-motivated, positive and keen to make a difference, and you're as exceptional at working in a team environment as you are working autonomously
