 
        
        Senior HSEQ Advisor – Infrastructure Provider 
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Health, Safety, Setting & Quality (HSEQ) Advisor to join a leading infrastructure provider. 
Reporting directly to the National Manager, this role will support the refinement, implementation, and monitoring of HSEQ policies and management systems across high-risk construction and infrastructure projects. 
What We’re Looking For 
- Formal WHS qualifications with 5+ years’ experience in HSEQ roles within construction or infrastructure.
- Exposure to high-risk activities such as work at heights, EWP, cranes, and mobile plant operations is advantageous.
- Relationship-focused with excellent interpersonal skills to create and present to clients
- Experience in audits, incident investigation, and staff training
- Solid knowledge of WHS and environmental legislation, with experience in ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement from trending data analysis, document management, utilising AI and looking for opportunities to improve processes. We want you to work smart and own the work you deliver!

Key Responsibilities 
- Provide advice, coaching, and mentoring to managers, supervisors, employees, and subcontractors to achieve HSEQ objectives and targets.
- Support the implementation of safety initiatives, toolbox talks, inspections, risk assessments, and internal/external audits.
- Play a role in subcontractor management through the company’s online platform.
- Support third-party certification processes and contribute to tenders.
- Undertake and review risk assessments for high-risk activities, including work at heights, crane lifts, and mobile plant operations.
- Lead incident investigations, reporting, and corrective action processes.
- Prepare reports and trend analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
- Engage with customers to ensure consistent compliance and represent the company at governance sessions.
