The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in leading and developing teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and embedding operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
* Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and improve profitability
* Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
* Managing the financial performance of the store
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Business or related field
* Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on team leadership and customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for driving results and improving processes
