Your Tasks Will Include
* Monitoring, operating, and troubleshooting faults in automated material handling equipment within a fast-paced production environment.
* Efficiently resolving machine faults using logical problem-solving techniques, even at heights of up to 30 meters while adhering to safety protocols.
* Utilizing literacy, numeracy, and IT skills to interpret and maintain data and fault information accurately.
* Upholding high standards of housekeeping and hygiene.
* Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure the machines remain in optimal condition and promptly reporting any anomalies.
* Strict adherence to safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for all staff.
* Contributing to and supporting the Witron team culture of collaboration and family.
Who are you?
* Demonstrate a commitment to safety, meticulous attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.
* Have a genuine interest in automation and technology, coupled with a willingness to learn new concepts and procedures.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
* Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Ability to accurately identify colors such as red, blue, white, yellow, and green.
* Meet physical fitness requirements, including frequent walking, climbing, lifting up to 25 kgs unassisted, and working at heights of up to 30 meters (with appropriate training and safety gear provided).
