Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our payroll operations.

* Process payrolls accurately and on time for all employees, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies regarding tax obligations and other statutory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate payroll records and confidential employee data with utmost discretion.
* Assist with end-of-year payroll processes, including payment summaries and reconciliations.


Requirements:

* Proven experience with payroll management systems.
* Certification in Payroll or equivalent, preferably with a focus on Australian legislation.
