* Relevant degree preferable, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property).
* Hold a valid and current Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration (essential).
* Possess competent skills in utilising the MS Office Suite.
* Hold strong analytical skills in conjunction with high attention to detail.
* Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Be a confident communicator with a demonstrated ability to engage within a team.

* Be able to coordinate business submissions and reports.
The Role
Based at one of the most recognisable commercial buildings in Australia, Knight Frank Australia are looking to appoint a Commercial Manager to oversee the financial and strategic health of this prized asset. Working alongside a General Manager and a wider Asset Management Services (AMS) team, your role will be to support our key client in the day-to-day management of an icon. Our AMS team is regarded as a leader in the provision of management services to some of Australia's most respected institutional and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional property management services to a portfolio of clients.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, operational staff and clients.
* Provide leadership to a team of property managers and other junior staff members.
* Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to clients.
* Preparation of reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
