**Description**:
Enphase is seeking Field Service Electrician to join our Customer Service Organization to provide on-site support to Installers and Customers of our Storage and Solar products. This role will be responsible to make sure best in class service is provided to customers by working in close coordination with Engineering, Training, Sales, Customer Service, Product Line Management and Facilities.
**Responsibilities**
- Travel is required to cover the area of responsibilities of our customers.
- Provide White Glove installation services for our storage solutions
- Service of Enphase (internal) PV and Storage systems in area of the Field Service Electrician.
- Attend customer sites and update Enphase CS with resolution details.
- Perform onsite testing and diagnostics of system performance and behavior
- Complete solar maintenance reports and paperwork
- Complete microinverter maintenance and update Enlighten monitoring system with changes
- Utilize relevant tools such as drills, level, square, tape measure, ladders, etc.
- Run conduit, copper pipe, flex, and pull wire
- Participate in regular safety trainings
- Maintain tool management standards
- Respond to customer needs promptly; Provide appropriate customer service
- Perform other duties as needed or directed
- Commits to OH&S Standard Safety procedures, above all else on jobsites
- Trains new installers on Enphase best practice installations, in particular Enphase Storage products.
- Detail Oriented, ability to review designs and develop a job specific BOS
- Ability to work independently without oversight
- Committed to improving processes and efficiency, while maintaining high workmanship standards
**Requirements**:
- 5-10+ years' experience specific to electrical installations and service
- Experience with solar Installations and solar storage solutions.
- Commercial or Residential Electrical license required for the state of operation. Multiple licenses highly desired.
- Building Industry White Card
- Working at Heights Ticket
- Clean Energy Council accreditation - Desired, Enphase will arrange for the training if not held
- Valid state driver's license
- Effective communication skills; Presentation skills.
- Ability to work/complete/integrate multiple tasks
- Ability to learn various skills associated with tool use for a wide array of home improvement activities
