Property Manager – Positive & Supportive Culture
Two Property Management opportunities are available with the same well-known brand, with one position based in the Northern Gold Coast and the other in the Central Gold Coast.
This is a rare opportunity to join an agency known for its positive culture, strong support, and long‐term staff retention.
Both positions involve managing well‐maintained portfolios of approximately 160 properties, with support from leasing and administration staff, while working closely with an experienced and approachable Team Leader.

The Role
* Manage a clean portfolio of approximately 160 properties
* Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trusted trades
* Supported by leasing/admin assistance and a Field Officer for routine inspections
What's on Offer
* $85K – $95K + Super depending on experience
* 8:30 am – 4:30 pm office hours with flexibility to start/finish earlier or later.
* Work from home 1 day per week after 3 months

Requirements
* Current QLD Certificate of Registration
* Valid driver's licence
* Solid understanding of QLD tenancy legislation
* Experience with PropertyMe is desirable
