Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Painter and Decorator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing to a high standard on various projects throughout Perth. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming
* Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces
* Repair and maintain interior and exterior surfaces
* Work with a variety of materials and tools to achieve desired finishes
* Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
* Proven experience as a painter and decorator
* Experience in both residential and commercial painting and decorating projects is required
* Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* White Card (Construction Induction Training)
* Minimum 3-5 years of painting and decorating experience required
* Any valid Australian work visa is required for this position
