Responsibilities
* Develop and execute overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and campaign execution across all brands while aligning with company goals.
* Drive marketing performance and growth through innovative data‑driven initiatives.
* Lead a high‑performing marketing team across digital, creative, and communications.
* Oversee all brand campaigns and the annual marketing calendar, media buying, and digital performance (social, SEO, SEM, email).
* Drive new member acquisition and retention initiatives through data‑driven insights.
* Manage external agencies and partnerships to ensure brand consistency and impact.
* Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and franchise teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
* Monitor and analyze marketing performance, ROI, budget optimization and prepare regular reports for the executive team.
* Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels and locations.
* Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends in fitness, wellness, and lifestyle.
* Occasionally travel to clubs to ensure brand alignment and marketing execution.
Qualifications
* 8+ years' experience in marketing leadership, ideally within fitness or wellness.
* Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
* Proven success in multi‑channel marketing across digital, social, retail, and brand campaigns.
* Strong background in Meta advertising, automation/EDM, eCommerce.
* Experience managing large budgets and delivering measurable performance outcomes.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
* Strategic thinker who thrives on creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Confidence to challenge existing ideas and push for growth.
* Passion for health, fitness, and creating meaningful brand experiences.
* Australian working rights and flexibility to travel as required.
Salary
A$70,000.00 – A$75,000.00
