Radiographer Leader
We are seeking a senior radiographer to oversee the daily operational services at our diagnostic imaging clinic. As Radiographer in Charge, you will lead a team of staff members and ensure the delivery of high-quality and efficient imaging services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and mentor a team of 7 staff members
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality and efficient imaging services for patients and referrers
* Provide leadership and guidance to the staff
* Oversee the operational efficiency of the site, including clerical, technical, and radiologist services
* Act on directives from a State/National level
* Perform administration and clerical management tasks, including IT
* Recruit and select staff in accordance with company procedures
* Identify, arrange, or conduct training requirements for the site and individuals
* Monitor and manage staff performance on a formal and informal basis
Requirements:
* Senior CT/General Radiographer or Imaging Manager with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience
* Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and organizational multitasking abilities
* Previous management experience is advantageous
* QLD Radiation License and AHPRA
