You will* Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure high-quality care delivery for residents in the aged care setting.* Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring optimal physical and emotional well-being.* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, including those related to medication administration, infection control, and patient safety.* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, physiotherapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a supportive and compassionate work environment.* Effectively manage the budget and resources allocated for clinical care to ensure cost-effective care without compromising quality.**What you'll bring:**You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
