Community Component
* Conduct thorough assessments and report on the current needs of community clients upon referral.
* Devising tailored management plans to address assessed needs and support clients in achieving their goals.
* Provide expert advice on the optimal frequency of visits and efficiently schedule consultations with multiple clients.
* Highly regarded candidates will have experience in community packaged care, bringing valuable insights to our team.
Residential Aged Care Facility Component
* Collaborate with healthcare staff at aged care facilities to assess and treat new residents upon their arrival.
* Offer guidance on the frequency of treatments and collaborate with onsite staff to establish streamlined treatment systems.
* Complete comprehensive clinical notes and assessments at the facility to facilitate the processing of clients' needs.

Qualifications and Requirements
* All applicants must hold or be eligible to hold registration with AHPRA.
