The Role:
We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. This a Permanent Part Time vacancy in our Cromer group home with 20-24 hours per week.- Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence while advocating for their individual needs.- Providing personalized care, including mealtime assistance, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using various equipment.- Transporting clients using our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.- Monitoring client well-being and reporting progress.- Being part of a fun, dynamic, and supportive team

What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.- Experience as a disability support practitioner or a carer or assistant in nursing or aged care or nursing- A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
