The Role
The Change Manager will be a change leader critical to the implementation and embedment of change activity across the organisation and will use this knowledge to help inform Change Management planning, budgets, financials and delivery outcomes.
The purpose of this role is to build, shape and position the change plan for each workstream, cascading it down throughout the entire organisation in various business units ensuring Crown achieves measurable, sustainable, and embedded change.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
Own the development of change materials for project communications and engagement.
Engage directly with the relevant Business Change Managers to ensure all change planning activity incorporates an understanding of the Operations business in relation to the type, quantity and timing of change being delivered.
Develop communication content and execute as needed in line with the Change and Comms Plan.
Identify, monitor, and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change as they arise, including challenging and influencing project team members and stakeholders as required to enable the successful achievement of change deliverables and benefits.
Management of stakeholder communications and engagement, including definition of roles and responsibilities in relation to the change.
Ensure stakeholders remain engaged and committed throughout the change process.
Understand and adhere to Crown's internal Change Management methodology and framework and use the appropriate tools and templates to ensure effective Change planning, delivery and embedment.
About you
Minimum 3 years experience in change management, project/program management and transformation.
Proven end to end Project Management experience
A demonstrated ability to influence the organisation and to negotiate priorities across multiple groups and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and follow through.
