Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
* Manage and coordinate the delivery of accommodation services to ensure high-quality client experiences
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in a senior management role within community services or case management
* Certificate IV in community services or relevant discipline (desired)
* Proven track record of supervising, supporting, and training staff
* Knowledge of OH&S legislation relevant to aged care and disability services
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
