We have an exciting opportunity for a Radiographer to make a meaningful impact on patient care in both Shepparton and our new Kyabram location.
Vision Radiology is an independent diagnostic imaging provider owned and operated by a team of subspecialized Radiologists across multiple clinics in metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria. At Vision Radiology, we offer our Radiographers a work environment that is dynamic, engaging and varied, with an emphasis on patient care and attention to detail. While the role is full-time, we are open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate.
Our state-of-the-art facilities encompasses a wide range of modalities including general X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, Cardiac CT and DEXA ensuring comprehensive care, patient comfort and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including but not limited to General X-Ray and CT Imaging, with precision and accuracy.
* Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
* Adhere to regulatory standards and safety protocols, including AHPRA Registration and VIC Radiation License.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with patients, colleagues, and referring clinicians.
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while prioritising quality improvement and professional growth.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Medical Imaging or equivalent qualification.
* AHPRA Registration.
* VIC Radiation License.
* Proven experience in radiography, particularly in General X-Ray and CT Imaging.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
* Dedication to continuous quality improvement and professional development.
