We are looking for experienced Emergency Services Officers who can provide frontline emergency services to a site-based workforce, working various rosters.
**About the Role**
As a MESO/Trainer, you will be available to attend as required to various mines sites as MESO.
As a trainer, you will also have the opportunity to train students at the Balcatta Office.
Rosters will be varied, depending on the site.
Guaranteed 168 hours or more per month.
$55 P/H Inclusive
**Duties are but are not limited to**:
- First response to all emergency incidents and alarms.
- Assist paramedics as required.
- Assist security at the beginning and the end of the shift in access and egress duties.
- Equipment and vehicle checks.
- Train and mentor ERT Members.
- Conduct fire extinguisher training for the workforce as required.
- Conduct Drug & Alcohol screening.
- Other duties as required.
**Must have**:
- Certificate III in Mine Emergency Response and Rescue (or below individual competencies).
- Certificate IV in Health Care (Ambulance).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116.
- Certificate II in Security Operations.
- Western Australian Security Licence.
- Vertical Rescue.
- Confined Space Rescue.
- Operate Pumps.
- Drive vehicles under operational conditions.
- Alcohol and Other Drugs Collector.
- Enter and Work in Confined Spaces.
- Gas Test Atmospheres.
- Minimum MR Manual Driving License.
- Monitor hazardous atmospheres.
- Work Safely at Heights.
- Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
- Maritime Security Guard Awareness Training.
- Certificate II Security Operations and WA Security License.
