As a key member of our Customer Success unit, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and helping them get the most out of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and shared inbox
* Assisting with the creation of annual usage reports and updating public 'help' articles
* Joining relevant customer calls and sharing responsibility for a small customer base
* Configuring customer site mock-ups and reviewing customer engagement activities
* Creating support and training resources for our customers
Requirements:
* Proactive and motivated individual with excellent communication skills
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Familiarity with customer relationship management software and experience working with SaaS products
