Hairhouse is looking for a Retail Store Leader to lead and support our amazing team to drive sales, ensuring consistent growth through effective team leadership and customer engagement. To succeed in this role, you will bring your previous leadership experience to coach and mentor the Hairhouse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all areas of the business including retail, salon and piercing.

Duties
* Identify opportunities to drive and increase sales
* Deliver exceptional customer service to all Hairhouse customers
* Ensure the store is well presented, clean and always stocked appropriately
* Ensure the store is merchandised according to brand guidelines and drive successful marketing campaigns
* Cultivate a strong, supportive and inclusive culture with your team.
Skills And Experience
* A minimum 2 years' Retail Leadership experience
* A passion for Hair and Beauty (any experience is a plus)
* Experience in guiding a team to achieve KPIs and sales targets
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Strong people management skills
