**The Client**
Our client is a privately owned and progressive property group who owns a portfolio of Shopping Centres throughout Queensland. With a long and proud history of creating places that meet the needs of their very happy customers, an exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Marketing Executive to join an established and market-leading business.
**The Role**
The purpose of the role is to assist in maximising financial performance by implementing innovative marketing campaigns incentre and online, evaluating marketing performance, and collaborating with internal teams, retailers, customers and external contractors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- End-to-end strategic marketing and budget management
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders, retailers and the local community
- Build and maintain effective relationships with relevant agencies including web, search, creative and media agencies.
- Create and implement a strategic marketing plan and calendar to drive sales
- Analyse sales performance to create strategic campaigns
- Identify market, industry and competitor trends
- Lead centre initiatives and mentor a close-knit marketing team
**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (preferably within the property or retail industry)
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, advertising or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including, copywriting and proofreading
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, EDM and Adobe Creative Suite platforms
