Our Mission:
We're a community service that's been advocating against gender-based violence for over 40 years. Our goal is to promote meaningful personal, social, and political change by validating women's experiences, advocating for women's rights, and working towards the prevention of gendered violence.
About the Role:
This role will oversee the design, development, and delivery of our service programmes. You will lead and support teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes and programmes that deliver the greatest impact for women who access our service.
Responsibilities include leading programme design, development, and delivery, managing teams, overseeing budgets, and developing solutions to improve organisational capability and responsiveness to meet the diverse and complex needs of women.
Key Requirements:
* A Bachelor level qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent;
* Post-graduate qualifications or additional professional development in Community Services, Human Services, and/or Business Management highly regarded;
* Current Working with Children Blue Card and Right to Work documentation;
