Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Scheme Services Operations Manager to join Coal LSL's Operations Division. This newly created leadership role has been established to bring together workforce planning, quality assurance, onboarding, operational support and process improvement activities into a single operational function. Reporting to the General Manager, Scheme Services, this role will lead the newly established Scheme Services Operations Team with approximately 10 direct reports, ensuring consistent, compliant and efficient service delivery across the broader Scheme Services function.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day‐to‐day delivery of the Scheme Services Operations function
* Provide leadership, coaching and support to team members
* Drive quality adherence and continuous improvement initiatives
* Lead workforce planning activities including forecasting and capacity management
* Develop and deliver operational reporting and workforce analytics
* Support business continuity planning and operational resilience initiatives
* Lead onboarding, training and capability uplift within the business unit
* Drive process, system and procedural improvements
Qualifications
* Demonstrated leadership experience within complex operational environments
* Strong experience across workforce planning, quality assurance or service delivery functions
* Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Experience developing reporting frameworks and utilising data to drive decisions
* Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Strong understanding of governance, risk management and business continuity principles
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, operations or a related discipline
