Administrative Support Officer
The role is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure across a broad range of human resources functions within the South Australian Public Sector. You will contribute to the effective delivery of People and Culture services, providing high-quality administrative support to various teams and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to HR activities, contributing to the effective delivery of People and Culture services.
* Manage multiple priorities with initiative and sound judgement, working independently or collaboratively as required.
* Develop skills and knowledge in HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, and public sector processes.
Requirements:
* Confidence in communication, strong organisational skills, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
* Ability to work independently or collaboratively, managing multiple priorities with initiative and sound judgement.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a readiness to learn HR systems if not already familiar.
* A basic understanding of HR principles and a keen interest in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and public sector processes.
