Beau Reno Pty Ltd is a growing residential renovation company specialising in high-end bathroom, kitchen, and apartment renovations across Sydney. We are looking for a reliable and organised Admin & Design Assistant to support our office and project operations.
This is a part-time position (4 hours per day, 5 days/week) based in our office.
About the Role
You will work closely with the director and project managers to assist with admin, client communication, and light design tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, has great attention to detail, and has experience in the renovation/building industry.
Key Responsibilities
* General admin support (emails, scheduling, calls, documentation)
* Assisting with client communication and follow-ups
* SketchUp work for layouts and simple design adjustments
* Creating/editing spreadsheets and project documents
* Entering and managing data in Xero
* Organising files, photos, and job notes
* Supporting the director with daily office tasks
Skills & Experience
* Experience in construction, architecture, interiors, or renovations (preferred)
* Basic to intermediate SketchUp skills
* Confident with Excel and general computer skills
* Experience using Xero
* Strong English communication, written and verbal
* Ability to stay organised and work independently
* Valid work rights in Australia
