We're looking for a Social Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a role at the centre of it all, where strong client relationships meet sharp delivery and attention to detail.
You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions while ensuring projects move seamlessly from brief through to execution. You know how to translate social-first thinking into clear direction, keep teams aligned, and deliver work that lands, on time and to a high standard.
About You
You're organised, proactive and confident in an agency and client facing role. You understand social and how it connects to broader campaigns, and you're comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage projects simultaneously
* Confident communicator who can build trusted client relationships
* Able to take direction but equally comfortable working autonomously
* Highly organised with solid project management capability
* Commercially aware, with an understanding of resourcing and budgets
* Solutions-focused with a positive, can-do approach
You will:
* Lead day-to-day client comms and ensure smooth delivery across projects
* Translate client briefs into clear, actionable internal briefs
* Work closely with creative, talent and media teams to bring campaigns to life
* Deliver reporting that turns social performance into meaningful insights
* Support on campaign planning, timelines, and execution across platforms
* Contribute to a high-performing team environment
Skills & Experience
* 2–3 years' experience in Account Management, ideally within an agency
* Strong understanding of social platforms and content ecosystems
* Solid project management and organisational skillsi>
* Experience working with media and understanding campaign delivery
* Confident with GSuite, Microsoft Office, Docs and Sheets
* Proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn
