The ideal candidate will have responsibility for managing and coordinating the delivery of high-quality advice and support provided by the Special Education Program across a cluster of schools. Key tasks include leading the Special Education Program, providing high-quality advice to school leaders and classroom teachers, and coordinating intensive targeted teaching for students requiring intervention.
To be successful in this role, you will need to provide support and/or coordinate case management for students who require extensive or substantial adjustments. Additionally, you will support classroom teachers and other school staff to access departmental or external specialist services, professional development, and supports as needed.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. You will also need to demonstrate a commitment to promoting equity and excellence for students with disability, as well as experience in special education and leadership roles.
